**Parthenon Architects **is looking for a **Junior Architect** **for their **Commercial Projects.**

**Job brief**:We are looking for someone who is good at space planning of large commercial spaces. (Layouts - Furniture / HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing Etc.)

You will be responsible for planning and making layouts basis client requirements.

The job is time bound so you will need to sustain high pressure situations to meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone who is highly efficient in working drawings. We use **AutoCAD.**

**Ready to Work Extended Hours.**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Proven working experience in space planning of commercial spaces.
- Good at Communication.
- Ability to work Independently.
- Excellent Detailing Skills.
- Efficient. Ability to Plan / Design with Speed.
**Qualifications and Skills**
A Degree in Architecture from a Reputed Institution.
