**Job Summary**:
A Payroll Executive is a professional who is responsible for managing an organization's payroll processes. They oversee the calculation and distribution of employee salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other compensation. The Payroll Executive ensures that all payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Making the monthly payments on time (Employee Salary Calculation)
- Calculating overtime
- Managing special situations like maternity or sickness pay
- PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity Calculation
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Client coordination for attendance management
- Knowledge of payroll software (will be added advantage).

**Skills Required**:

- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of Advance excel & formulas.. Proficient with payroll software.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.

**Experience**:

- 3-4yrs in related field.

- **upto 15k in hand (Negotiable)

- **25-32 years
