**Job Summary**:
The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. The role includes managing the billing counter, processing payments, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them during billing.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment modes accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchange bills as per company policy.
- Maintain daily cash reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth billing operations.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and deposit summaries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Basic knowledge of billing software, POS systems, and MS Office.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.
