**Job Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Provide first line assistance to company employees in all concerns relating to safety and security.
- Follow procedures for managing a variety of incidents, from minor incidents to crisis.
- Provide back-up, support, and on-call functions as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and approachability.
- All other duties, as assigned.

**Education, Experience, and Certifications**:
**Competencies**:

- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, at times stressed work environment.
- Strong team player
- Comfortable with a high-tech working environment, and willing to learn new tools and innovations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Regular computer usage.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers.

- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
