We are seeking a highly motivated Executive - Recruitment (Off Role) to join our HR team on a full-time basis:
**Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Experience in hiring from Manufacturing Industries / Non - IT Industries.
- Prepare Internal and External Social media job advertisement, Web Postings, and specification in accordance with the organizational requirements.
- Research, analyze and present data for Recruitment scorecard.
- Ensure Source mix and consultant source less than 10%.
- Advise HR and hiring managers on Market Intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, Market salary)
- Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and affirmative action efforts.

**Working tools: LinkedIn Recruiter experience - a big plus, and recruiting systems**

**Requirements**:
**Academic/Professional Education**:

**Relevant Experience**:
5 to 8 Years relevant Experience in recruitment.
