**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure timely consultation of patients.
- To prescribe suitable treatment/ medicine/ oil/ therapy according to patient’s disease and acquire the patient’s previous medical history.
- To understand and maintain desired level of clinical knowledge based on assigned specialty.
- To decide the treatment after assessment of the condition of patient and the imbalance of _doshas_.
- To be up to date with latest developments/ treatments in their fields and write blogs on the latest diseases/ medical research.
- To maintain patient’s files accurately and ensure completion of patient’s file work on daily basis.
- To regularly monitor therapies that are being given to the patients.
- To guide Therapists in giving prescribed therapies in an effective manner.
- To educate Therapists on latest therapies and procedures.
- To check day-to-day patient feedback and update in file.
- To monitor medicine consumption rate and ensure adequate availability of stock.
- To project requirement of medicines/ oils/ other essentials to the management well in advance and ensure their timely procurement.
- To ensure preparation related to treatment well in advance and monitor the same.
- To regularly check-up therapy rooms and instruct therapies in maintaining it to the highest standards.
- To counsel therapists and nursing staff on patient’s handling.
- To prepare/ update Dos and Don’ts according to Disease/ Treatment.
- To ensure high level of discipline of entire medical staff.
- To visit therapy room during therapies.
- To maintain Inventory as per AVH norms.
- To maintain proper record of the medicine/ oils used in each treatment.
- To instruct Therapies for preparation of Potli (PPS) separately for each patient and monitor the same.
- To check and update records pertaining to the treatment scheduled on the next day.
- To ensure that Leech, Vaaman, Virechan, Agnikarma, Marma Therapies are conducted only under the observation of Doctor.
- To ensure hygiene and proper maintenance of Panchakarma equipment/ other medical equipment.
- To ensure that the oils in the therapies are used as per the patient’s requirement.
- To visit IPD patients as per the given schedule and sign relevant documents.
- To attend both Offline and Online consultations as per the schedule.
- Maintain clinical note quality using documentation norms and physician preferences.
- Restoring patients to good health by administering or suggesting suitable treatment/ therapies.
- Counseling the patients and informing them about the functions of each treatment.
- To find out/diagnose the root cause of the patient’s disease.
- Monitoring and evaluating the implications of treatments.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
- The onus of patient lies on the Doctor for the entire course of treatment. Hence, it is to be ensured that right treatment is given to the patient; else, the doctor will be held responsible for the consequences.
- Should monitor the movement of patient in the hospital and advise them the Dos and Dont’s that are to be followed during the course of treatment.
- Should always be available on phone and to immediately respond to emergency calls/ cases.

**Job Requirements**:

- Should have valid BAMS and MD degree and registration certificate must be from Delhi council with relevant experience.
- Should have good command and be able to conduct Vaman Karma, Marma therapy, Uttarvasti procedures.
- Should have good command and be able to conduct Panchakarma therapies like NASYAM, Role of Matravasti, all types of oils and virechan vasti.
- Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
- Should be able to maintain confidentiality in handling all the hospital records.
- Should have basic computer knowledge.
- Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

**Salary Range**: upto 35k plus accomodation

**Job Location**: Udaipur & Jaipur.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
