**Job Role**:
As a Field Sales and Marketing Executive at Brand Bucket Softtech, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through effective B2B sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include attending scheduled meetings, promoting our services, and exceeding sales targets. You'll collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to the company's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend scheduled meetings with potential clients.
- Promote and sell the company's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for business development.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales and Marketing Executive.
- Previous work with platforms such as Indiamart, Trade India, Exporters India, etc.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
- Ability to represent the company effectively in meetings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
