**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Location**: Kalyan & thane

**Position Overview**: We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead our efforts in establishing partnerships with colleges and universities. The primary focus of this role will be to secure Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with educational institutions, fostering long-term collaborations that will drive student enrollment in our training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **College Tie-Ups**: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our training programs.
- **MOU Development**: Lead negotiations and secure MOUs with educational institutions, outlining mutually beneficial collaborations.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partnered institutions to ensure ongoing engagement and participation in joint initiatives.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in college fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote our training offerings directly to students and academic staff.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential partner institutions, assess their needs, and tailor proposals to align with their objectives.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent the institute at various events and meetings with educational institutions, ensuring consistent and positive messaging about our brand.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on the progress of partnerships and MOUs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- UG/Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the education or training industry.
- Proven success in establishing and managing partnerships with educational institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with academic stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in securing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to meet with potential partner institutions.
