Responsibilities:

- Performing test functional, end-to-end, and API cases under various conditions.
- Documenting and assessing test results.
- Identifying, logging, and reporting program bugs and glitches.
- Tracking defects and assisting in error troubleshooting.
- Collaborating internally and externally to drive QA efforts.

Your Profile:

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of QA testing experience or domain knowledge in Onboarding/CRM.
- Experience in functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of database (SQL).
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
