**Job Role: Onboarding AM
**Job Summary**:
The onboarding associate or specialist is a person who is involved in helping the new clients learn the company policies, making them aware about what all services we can provide them, what all necessary details we require from the client end i.e. gathering the necessary paperwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with different clients
- Onboard different clients according to the company process
- Creating policies and handbooks that details the company operations for the reference of clients
- Introducing new clients to the team members
- Providing manuals and guidelines to the new clients as when needed
- Detailing all the new clients regarding the tasks that we will do for them to perform the service that are taking from us
- Answering queries if the clients have any
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new clients, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements
- Conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops
- Conducting internal reviews and audits
- Conducting environmental audits to ensure the company meets environmental requirements
- Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
- Developing risk management strategies
- Following up on compliance issues that require investigation
- Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate software is in place Reporting on compliance

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Should possess interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills are required
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Should possess skills pertaining to reviewing different agreements or legal documents and drafting letters
- Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI Act, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Listed and Public Limited Companies
- Well versed in regular compliances such as filing of Form AOC 4, MGT 7, DIR 12, PAS 3, MGT 14, MGT 6, BEN 2, etc.
- Other basic works in DGFT, Taxation, GST, etc.
- Commercial awareness Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software

**Education and Experience**:

- Qualified CS Must possess 2-3 years of relevant experience
