**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the entire dispatch process for pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatches as per client and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production teams.
- Maintain dispatch records, generate delivery challans, invoices, and required documents.
- Ensure all shipments comply with pharma regulatory norms including temperature control and batch traceability.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments for smooth logistics.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatches and delivery schedules.
- Conduct periodic audits of stock and dispatch documentation.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and good storage/dispatch practices as per GMP guidelines.
- Train and guide junior staff or workers in dispatch procedures.
- Report daily dispatch activities to the logistics/operations head.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of relevant experience** in dispatch/logistics within a **pharmaceutical company**.
- Familiar with **pharma logistics documentation** and **regulatory compliance**.
- Good knowledge of **MS Office, ERP systems**, and dispatch software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
