**Trainer for finance functions and business administration space**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Trainer is expected to light up the minds of students, creation and updating courses materials based on latest industry needs, delivery of course contents to students and evaluation of test assignments.

The areas of work to be covered include:

- Creation and updating course materials based on latest industry needs
- Delivery of courses through online and offline modes and evaluate student’s performance
- Explore latest trend & technology in finance process like P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, FP&A, MIS, Taxation, Treasury etc.
- Co-ordinating with industry folks on process and technological updates like RPA

**Requirements qualification, experience and skillsets**:

- Education: CA/ CPA / ACCA/ CMA/ MBA Finance / CA (Inter)
- Experience: 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on process, accounting, financial control, compliance
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, best practices, applicable industry-specific regulations and industry trends
- IT Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like SAP, Oracle, Tally, and Microsoft Office Suite like Excel
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Teaching Skills: Teaching prowess with the ability to transform financial concepts into captivating stories that keep. Master the art of demystifying accounting complexities and guiding star for students

- Communication - verbal and written
- Adaptable and flexible

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
