- **Phone calls**: Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- **Mail and packages**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- **Reservations**: Manage reservations and room availability
- **Check-ins and checkouts**: Check in and check out guests, and ensure a pleasant stay
- **Billing and payments**: Compute bills, collect payments, and make change
- **Records**: Maintain records of guests' accounts and room availability
- **Guest relations**: Provide guest relations, resolve complaints, and build brand awareness
- **Administrative tasks**: Schedule appointments, organize files, and maintain office supplies
- **Supervisory**: Supervise front office teams, assign work, and provide guidance and support
- **Reporting**: Report to upper management
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety procedures and inform management of any unsafe conditions
- **Meetings and training**: Attend meetings and training as requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
