Job Overview:
JOB SUMMARY:
1. Preparation of documents using Ms-Word and Ms-Excel.

2. To type fastly in Spreadsheets.

3. To maintain accurate,up-to-date and usable information in our System.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, including contact information, interactions, and issue resolution, ensuring data accuracy.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Scanning and Documentation: Assist in the scanning, filing, and organization of documents related to customer transactions.
- Follow-ups: Ensure that customer requests or issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction by following up as needed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

**Skills**:
1. Basic knowledge in System work.

1. Basic typing skills.

2. Sound knowledge in Ms-office.

3. Moderate English communication.

4. Positive Attitude.

5. Client Co-ordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
