**Job Summary**
**Roles and Responsibilities Charter**
**Infrastructure Management**
- Oversee the maintenance of key infrastructure, including:
- Building
- Furniture
- Fixtures
- Equipment (DG, CCTV, Auditorium sound and light)
- Lift
- Engage with repairing teams for necessary maintenance.
- Analyze and gather information from stakeholders regarding infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain a repair & maintenance/purchase log file.
- Gather and negotiate quotes for repair and up gradation work.
- Submit proposals for repair and up gradation work.
- Supervise repair/up gradation work within the premises.
**Procurement & Inventory Management**
- Maintain school inventory records for stationery, consumables, and other items.
- Ensure necessary documents are provided to the accounts department in the correct format (Office Notes, Indents, etc.).
- Engage with existing vendors for quotes.
- Identify new vendors for quotations.
- Present negotiated quotations for approval.
- Follow up with approved vendors.
- Submit verified invoices to accounts.
**Regulatory Compliance**
- Engage with various concerned departments (MCD, Fire, DJB, Electricity, etc.).
- Maintain records as required by regulatory departments.
- Ensure all necessary licenses are valid and renewed timely.
**Event Management**
- Identify vendors for school events as required.
- Submit vendor proposals to the head of school.
- Manage and supervise external personnel for school events.
- Ensure smooth execution of events by providing necessary support on the event day.
**Security Management**
- Ensure security guards follow SOP's and adhere to agreed terms.
- Arrange necessary training sessions for the security team.
- Ensure CCTV systems function at all times.
- Monitor CCTV recordings on a timely basis.
- Report discrepancies found during surveillance.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections and maintain logs.
- Follow up on safety discrepancies with the concerned team.
- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Develop and implement emergency exit plans.
- Conduct mock drills and maintain related logs.
**Transport Management**
- Collect data from the admission team regarding transport requirements.
- Ensure the transport fleet adheres to agreed contract terms.
- Verify driver background checks.
- Ensure vehicle compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure transport availability as per school needs.
- Monitor adherence to safety measures.
- Develop optimized route plans for pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Negotiate contract terms for new or renewed transport agreements.
**Overall Accountability**
- Oversee the management of:
- Meals
- Stocks
- Procurement
- Vendors
- Grade IV Staff Management
- Transport
- Events
- Regular school rounds for infrastructure and safety checks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
