We are looking for a detail-oriented Counsellor with 1 year plus experience to provide guidance to students and working professionals regarding the Tally Training. The role involves helping students make informed decisions, offering support throughout their academic journey, and assisting with program selection and enrolment.

1. Counselling students for courses offered by the company.

2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database.

3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement.

4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.

5. Updating Lead database

6. Maintaining all records as per required format.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
