Editorial Assistant

**Job Summary**:
The Publication Research Analyst is responsible for developing a robust network of authors, editors, and reviewers for a designated group of STM (Science, Technology, and Medicine) Journals, books, and reports. This role involves liaising with contributors, managing recruitment quotas, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The analyst plays a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the publication process by supporting the creation and management of research content.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified authors, editors, and reviewers for a designated group of STM journals (out of 40) and related book and report projects.
- Meet the required quotas for the registration and nomination of authors, reviewers, and editors for STM journals within established timelines.
- Identify and place suitable writers and editors for books, technical, and market reports.
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Publications Coordinator, outlining the status of recruitment and engagement efforts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the database of contributors, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
