**Key Responsibilities**

 Corporate action processing: Track, process and manage corporate action affecting securities.

 Conduct reconciliations on daily basic for positions and cash and maintain accurate records of corporate action.

 Hand on experience on pricing and valuation. Liaise with pricing vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing data in updated for portfolio managers.

 Expertise in derivatives - Support the processing and reconciliation of derivative transactions, including futures, options and swaps.

 Perform fund administration tasks including NAV valuations, income allocations and investors reporting.

 Support audits, reconciliations and reporting requirements for various funds.

 Expert in trade affirmations and settlement - Manage the trade affirmation and settlement process to ensure timely and accurate trades are flown. Expert in CTM and DTCC tool desirable.

 Ensure settlement instructions are accurately followed and resolve any settlement failures.

 Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic.

 Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT).

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Accounts or Finance (BBA/Bcom/MBA).

 At least 2 to 4 years working experience in an Asset Servicing company having knowledge in Reconciliation and NAV Calculation.

 Strong knowledge of corporate actions, derivatives, pricing and trade settlement.

 Good working proficiency in MS Excel. VBA knowledge is an added advantage.

 Compulsory experience working in an accounting software.

 Energetic, results-focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic.

 Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills with a positive and pro-active - can do
- attitude.

 Team player and people motivator.

 Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
