**Position Overview**:

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in designing and developing marketing

brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets for both print and online channels.
- Website Content & Design: Support in updating and improving website content, layout, and user experience to align with branding and marketing campaigns.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and

conferences, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground support.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage CRM databases to ensure

accurate customer information and effective campaign execution.
- Client Relationship Marketing: Support customer engagement through after-service calls, feedback collection, and building long-term relationships with clients.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high standards

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

(or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and basic data management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Passion for healthcare and patient-centric communication is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
