**Position Overview**: As a **Semi-Qualified** Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience, you will be an integral part of the team at Manoj V Jain & Co., a reputable firm known for its commitment to excellence in financial and advisory services. Your role will involve handling diverse responsibilities across auditing, taxation, advisory services, and compliance, contributing to our firm's mission of delivering high-quality service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit and Assurance**: Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagements for clients across various sectors. Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Taxation**: Prepare and file income tax returns (ITR) for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities. Provide tax planning advice to optimize clients' tax positions within the framework of applicable laws.
- **Financial Advisory**: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Analyze financial statements, prepare financial reports, and provide insights to clients for informed decision-making.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Reporting**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company law, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare compliance reports and filings accurately and timely.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Interact with clients to understand their business needs, provide proactive advice, and maintain strong client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor on financial and compliance matters.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with senior CAs, managers, and other professionals within the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients. Mentor and guide junior team members as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, taxation laws, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements in India.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to contribute to team goals and support colleagues.
- **Integrity and Professionalism**: High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive financial information. Commitment to upholding professional ethics and standards of the CA profession.

**Salary Range**: The salary for this position will be between INR 35,000 to INR 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
