**Position Title**: Captain - Standalone Property
**Location**: Nativ, Baner

**Years of experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in handling food-forward restaurant / family restaurant

Job description Roles and Responsibilities:

- Guest Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, confirm reservations, and escort them to their seats.
- Reservation & Waitlist Management: Maintain accurate reservations, manage walk-ins, and handle waitlists with estimated wait times.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest needs, offer information, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
- Coordinating with Staff: Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Venue Maintenance: Keep the entrance and dining area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Managing Table Flow: Coordinate seating to maximize efficiency and avoid delays.
- Event Support: For events, manage check-in, assist with guest direction, and ensure smooth event flow.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and positive demeanor at all times.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
