**Job Title**: Emergency Patients Assistant
**Location**: Mulund & Kandivali, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Emergency Patients Assistants to join our healthcare team at our Mulund and Kandivali branches. You will be the first point of contact for patients requiring urgent care and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth patient flow and coordination in emergency situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving and attending to emergency patients promptly.
- Help patients with admission formalities and guide them through the initial process.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff during emergencies.
- Provide basic support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Manage wheelchairs/stretchers for patient movement.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the emergency area.
- Ensure all documentation and records are properly updated.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass (preferred).
- Prior experience in a hospital or emergency room setting is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
