Based in our growing India Development Center in Indore we are looking for a Marketing Manager to support our rapid expansion. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support the marketing function. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across website and social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. **Design, build and manage the website. Experience with either** **WordPress or React.js**:

- Manage and optimize company website content, SEO, and user experience to ensure high visibility and performance.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy aligned with brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Handle paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and manage budgets effectively.
- Respond to audience interactions and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in website design and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CMS like WordPress).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
