As we expand our team, we are seeking dynamic Female Telecallers to join us and contribute to our continued success.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.
- **Client Conversion**: Engage with leads to convert them into prospective clients through effective communication and persuasion.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Travel & Visas' services, including study visas, business visas, tourist visas, work permits, spouse visas, and international tour packages.
- **Training**: Attend a comprehensive 3-day training program to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and telecalling techniques.
- **Client Interaction**: Build rapport with clients, addressing queries and concerns to provide a positive customer experience.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions and client details in the company's database.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or other relevant languages.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office and database management.

**Training and Joining**:
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
