**Responsibilities**:

- Call clients and event attendees to confirm ticket purchases, event details, and reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues regarding event tickets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, confirmations, and client interactions.
- Update and maintain event databases, ensuring accurate.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally.

**Qualification**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
- Proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.

Require 1yr of experience in tellecalling.
