Roles & Responsibilties

1. Developing & supporting transparent and efficient systems for production.

2. Managing the supply chain in quality and production related.

3. Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.

4. Managing & developing key relationships with customers/vendors.

5. Providing technical inputs for creating robust production parameters.

6. Effectively handling projects that are assigned and managing them with all due responsibilities.

7. Supervision and assistance in production department.

8. Ensuring effective logistics systems for shipping & dispatch management.

9. Undertaking the responsibility of “production” of all products.

10. Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demands and achieve production targets. This includes setting production schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating with other departments such as procurement and logistics.

11. Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. You will be responsible for analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

12. Managing production resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower. This involves maintaining inventory levels, optimizing resource utilization, and coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.

13. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety among production personnel.

14. Ensuring consistency in production, production planning & forecasting.

15. You will be reporting to Director & Managing Director.

16. And all the office responsibilities occur time to time.
