**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, social work, humanities or a related field.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in conducting market research, policy research, providing entrepreneurship support and providing evidence-based recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in designing, planning and implementing Program activities.
- Support in conducting capacity-building sessions for stakeholders at the district level.
- Support in concurrent monitoring and reporting of the activities.
