**Digital Marketing Executive - Real Estate (1+ Years Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, etc.) to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Manage and grow social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage with potential clients, promote property listings, and enhance brand awareness.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, images, videos, and infographics, focused on real estate services, trends, and property listings.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms. Use data to continuously optimize strategies.
- **Website & Online Presence Management**: Ensure that the company website is up-to-date, optimized for user experience, and ranks well on search engines. Oversee content updates and site maintenance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and promotional strategies.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in real estate or property management marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
