- **Leadership & Management**: Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects, preferably in education or a related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop a comprehensive framework for Project Guru-Vandanam, outlining its core principles, curriculum, and implementation plan.
- Lead the development of a sustainable and scalable model for the project.
- Build strong partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Secure funding and resources for the project.
- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of the project.
- Represent the project at conferences, workshops, and other relevant events.
- Mentor and guide the project team.
