**Job Title: Social Media Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with the audience.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Plan and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase visibility and traffic across all platforms.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage community engagement; and foster a positive community culture.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- **Campaign Management**: Run and oversee promotional social media campaigns and digital ads, ensuring they align with the brand’s identity and business goals.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align social media strategy with overall business objectives.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and incorporate these into strategies to enhance brand presence.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative mindset with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
- Analytical skills to interpret web metrics and digital analytics
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
