Delivery Pigeon is a leading e-commerce company committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of delivery drivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily delivery operations, ensuring efficient route planning, timely deliveries, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor driver performance using delivery tracking software and address any performance issues promptly.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all drivers comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including completion times and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer delivery issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for route optimization and process improvement to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company in the field.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics or delivery operations.

Ø Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.

Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ø Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on detail.

Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ø Experience using delivery tracking software is a plus.
