**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 2D Supervisor to join our team. The Senior 2D Supervisor will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the 2D animation department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch animation work that meets the creative vision and technical standards of our projects. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Extensive experience (at least 6 years) working as a 2D supervisor in the animation industry.
- Strong proficiency in 2D animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, or TVPaint.
- Excellent artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, timing, and motion.
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical and creative challenges.
- A passion for animation and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Salary: upto 55k CTC.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
