**Responsibilities**:

- Create 2D animations for a variety of projects, including animated series, short films, advertisements, and promotional videos.
- Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts and narrative sequences.
- Collaborate with directors, writers, and other team members to translate scripts and ideas into compelling animated sequences.
- Use industry-standard software Flash to animate characters, objects, and backgrounds.
- Ensure consistency and quality in animation style, character design, and overall visual aesthetic.
- Meet project deadlines and production milestones while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from the creative team and clients into animation sequences.
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and technologies in animation to enhance skills and improve workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in animation, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 2D Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Flash Animator.
- Excellent drawing and illustration skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and character movement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and take direction from supervisors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for storytelling and a creative approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a production studio or animation studio environment.
- Knowledge of rigging and character animation techniques.
- Familiarity with 3D animation software and techniques.
- Understanding of post-production processes, including compositing and editing.
