**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic **Telemarketing Executive** to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential clients (local and international) via phone to assess their interest and potential requirement for our products. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Outreach**:

- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, both locally and internationally.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive communication style.
- **Requirement Analysis**:

- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
- Identify if they have a potential requirement for our products.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Record and update accurate information regarding customer inquiries and interest levels in the CRM.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- **Feedback & Reporting**:

- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team about customer interests and industry trends.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on outreach and lead generation progress.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and manage a database of contacts to ensure up-to-date information.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the company’s product portfolio and industry trends to effectively pitch to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and strategies.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- **Persuasion**: Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calls and follow-ups effectively.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- **Language**: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus for international outreach.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
