**Brief Description**:
The Billing Executive will be responsible for overseeing the billing and managing the billing processes. This includes generating invoice bills, managing client orders, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoice Generation**:

- Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients.
- Ensure all invoices are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain records of all invoices generated and ensure they are properly archived.

**Client Order Management**:

- Manage and track client orders from receipt to fulfillment.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to client orders promptly.

**Vendor Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.

**Payment Handling**:

- Oversee all aspects of cash, cheque, and online payment.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.

**Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints related to billing.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Korattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
