**Job Description: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Music**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Design age-appropriate music lessons covering theory, rhythm, melody, and harmony.
- Teach vocal techniques, musical notation, and a variety of instruments based on the school's curriculum.
- **Skill Development and Practice**:

- Encourage students to explore their musical abilities and improve their skills through regular practice.
- Conduct individual and group performances to showcase student progress.
- **Classroom and Behavior Management**:

- Maintain a positive learning environment, fostering discipline and enthusiasm for music.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere in the music classroom.
- **Event Preparation and Coordination**:

- Organize music recitals, performances, and other cultural events.
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions, talent shows, and annual events.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students’ progress through assessments, assignments, and practical exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and music education trends.
- Participate in workshops and seminars to enhance teaching skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Music or Education, with specialization in music.
- TGT qualification as per state or national requirements.
- Proficiency in at least one instrument and knowledge of music theory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for fostering artistic growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
