**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and emergency CT scans as prescribed by radiologists or referring physicians.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain CT equipment (GE / Siemens / Philips / Canon).
- Prepare and position patients for CT examinations ensuring comfort and accurate positioning.
- Administer oral and IV contrast media as per protocol and monitor patient response.
- Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and ensure correct labeling and archiving of data.
- Maintain daily work logs, QC records, and equipment maintenance checklists.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and emergency procedures.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Radiography, Medical Imaging Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum **10 years of CT scan experience** in a hospital or diagnostic centre.
- Hands-on experience with modern CT scanners (mention models if required).
- Valid registration with the State / National Radiographers’ Council (if applicable).
- Sound understanding of anatomy, pathology, and imaging protocols.
- Excellent communication, patient-handling, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and remain calm during emergencies.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Exposure to advanced protocols such as cardiac CT, angiography, and trauma imaging.
- Experience in CT QA/QC and equipment troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of PACS/RIS systems.
