**About the Role - (Paid Internship)**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious intern to join our team at Iwayworks.

If you enjoy spending time on Instagram, love discovering new creators, and want to learn how brands and influencers work together, this opportunity is for you.

You will get practical experience in influencer marketing, content shoots, social media tasks, and working with real brands across different industries.

**What You Will Be Doing ?**
- Influencer Marketing and UGC (User Generated Content)
- Find and reach out to the right influencers and content creators for different brands
- Coordinate with them, share briefs, and follow up for content
- Keep an organized list of influencers, campaign timelines, and deliverables
- Learn how to build professional relationships with creators

**Production Support**
- Be part of shoot days and help with preparation and coordination
- Support the team in planning what needs to be shot and how
- Understand the behind-the-scenes of brand campaigns

**Social Media Tasks**
- Help plan and post content on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Monitor likes, comments, and DMs and help respond where needed
- Share ideas for posts and stories that match the brand’s goals
- Work with our content and design team to keep things consistent

**Learning and Reporting**
- Join team brainstorming sessions and contribute your ideas
- Help prepare basic weekly reports on what is working and what can be improved
- Suggest ways to make our content and campaigns better

**Who This Role is For**
- Someone who enjoys using social media and knows current trends
- Comfortable talking to people and managing conversations
- Willing to learn, support the team, and take initiative
- Knowing Canva or basic editing tools is a plus but not required
- You do not need any specific degree or experience, just strong interest and intent

**Who Can Apply**
- Freshers, students, or anyone looking to begin their career in influencer marketing, content creation, or social media
- If you have done a course or worked on related projects, that’s a bonus, but not a must
