**Research & Development**:
The Raw Materials Assistant / Junior Associate will be part of the R&D Operations Raw Materials Governance team, Health & Hygiene. You will lead activities that are focused on ingredient resiliency and compliance on a global basis, with the aim of keeping our products compliant and future proofed.

**About the role**:

- Deliver proactive ingredient reviews by providing data analysis and generate impact assessments of ingredients used in Health & Hygiene Products on the market.
- Monitor progress of Hygiene ingredient compliance projects to ensure successful completion.
- Identify gaps while performing reviews and suggest resolution options with corrective action plans, collaborating effectively with wider RM and R&D Operations teams for successful implementation of the overall plans.
- Deal effectively with complexity and ambiguity when interfacing with cross-functional partners, understanding and adjusting to changing situations and problems as they arise.
- Timely escalate issues that would impact agreed plans.
- Demonstrate quality mind with ‘Right First Time’ practice by following documented procedures and good documentation practice.
- Actively contribute to process improvements/ways of working and elevate our compliance standards.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Science-based degree, with experience in an R&D or Regulatory environment, working with data systems (TDS, databases)
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills - good influencing & networking
- Results oriented and self-motivated, with planning and organizational capabilities and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to display a degree of flexibility and adapt effectively to change.
