**Job Title: Video Editor**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for video content.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all video projects, adhering to brand guidelines and style.
- Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance video content when necessary.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the overall production value.
- Organize and manage video assets, including file management and version control.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices for video editing and production.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering creativity and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of video compression formats and optimization techniques for various platforms.
- A keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
