**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and website.
- Create product explainer videos, customer testimonials, promotional ads, and reels.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music as needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency in all video outputs.
- Manage projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Optimize videos for various platforms and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
- Stay updated with current video trends and platform guidelines (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and timing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
- Familiarity with gardening, lifestyle, or product-based content (preferred).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with animation and motion design.
- Knowledge of photography and lighting.
- Basic scriptwriting or storyboard experience.
