**Position Summary**

We are seeking a **Computational Chemistry Tools Trainer [Level 1]** to develop and deliver engaging video content focused on computational chemistry tools and software. The role will require a **2-hour daily commitment** to create instructional videos and tutorials. There is no fixed salary for this position. Instead, instructors will receive **revenue share** based on YouTube views for the first year following the release of the course videos. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and contribute to the growth of the computational chemistry field.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and produce high-quality video content that teaches computational chemistry tools and techniques, including:

- **Gaussian**, **VASP**, **LAMMPS**, **ORCA**, **AutoDock**, **GROMACS**, and similar software.
- **Quantum chemistry** calculations, molecular dynamics simulations, and protein-ligand docking.
- Visualization tools such as **PyMOL**, **Avogadro**, and **Chimera**.
- Demonstrations of computational chemistry techniques like **density functional theory (DFT)**, **Monte Carlo simulations**, and **molecular docking**.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies demonstrating the use of computational chemistry tools for various research and development purposes.
- Develop content that is accessible for learners at different levels, from beginner to intermediate.
- Continuously update and refine content based on feedback and industry advancements.
- Manage the posting and promotion of videos on YouTube.

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong academic background in **Computational Chemistry**, **Chemistry**, **Molecular Modeling**, or a related field.
- Experience using **computational chemistry software**, such as **Gaussian**, **VASP**, **LAMMPS**, **AutoDock**, **GROMACS**, **ORCA**, etc.
- Practical knowledge of key computational techniques like **density functional theory (DFT)**, **quantum chemistry**, and **molecular dynamics** simulations.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging way.
- Availability to commit to creating content for **2 hours per day**.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to produce high-quality video content with clear explanations and visuals.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Master’s degree** or **PhD** in **Computational Chemistry**, **Physical Chemistry**, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or training experience in **computational chemistry** or similar topics.
- Familiarity with multiple computational chemistry tools and platforms.
- Experience in creating educational videos or digital content.
- A strong passion for teaching and mentoring in the field of chemistry and computational science.

**Compensation and Benefits**
