**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive online chemistry courses for Grade +1 and +2 students, covering a range of advanced topics and concepts.

2. Design engaging and interactive lessons, experiments, and demonstrations that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry skills.

3. Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them understand complex chemistry principles and improve their analytical abilities.

4. Utilize online teaching platforms and tools to facilitate instruction, collaboration, and communication with students and parents.

5. Foster a collaborative and inquiry-based learning environment where students feel motivated, challenged, and supported in their scientific exploration.

6. Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement intervention strategies as needed to support student success.

7. Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide updates on student progress, assignments, and upcoming assessments.

8. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and achievement and promote a culture of scientific inquiry.

9. Stay updated on curriculum standards, educational trends, and best practices in chemistry instruction to enhance teaching effectiveness.

10. Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing training to improve teaching skills and stay current with advancements in chemistry education.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

3. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching chemistry to high school students, preferably in an online or virtual learning environment.

4. Expertise in teaching advanced chemistry concepts and preparing students for higher-level chemistry courses and standardized tests.

5. Strong understanding of curriculum standards and pedagogical approaches for teaching chemistry at the high school level.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in an online setting.

7. Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, tools, and resources to deliver effective instruction and assessment.

8. Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

9. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student learning and achievement in chemistry.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic online learning environment.
