**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, generating sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints.
- **Order Processing**: Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation.
- **Sales Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support Materials**: Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales support materials such as presentations, product catalogs, and price lists.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, update customer profiles, and generate sales reports.
