- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert travel advice and tailor travel solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage the entire booking process, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Handle customer queries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM and travel booking systems.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, sales tours, and networking events to generate leads and promote Bayard Vacations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in travel sales, tour operations, or related customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
