Welcare Hospital is seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, providing essential information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive and helpful experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and doctors.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage and resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong telephone manner and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
