**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Strategy**
- Develop, plan, and execute content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral formats to integrate into brand content.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and photos using mobile devices or professional cameras.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all content
- Post content according to the content calendar and engage with followers through comments, messages, and shares.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor performance analytics to understand what works and optimize future content.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and audience preferences.
- Suggest new content formats, storytelling approaches, and engagement tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience creating engaging social media content (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other major platforms.
- Basic photography/videography and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
