**Responsibilities**:

- **Welding Operations**:

- Perform **MIG, TIG, and Arc welding** for industrial enclosures and metal components.
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings and blueprints** for accurate welding.
- Ensure high-quality **weld seams, joints, and structural integrity**.
- **Material Preparation & Handling**:

- Prepare materials by **cutting, grinding, and fitting** before welding.
- Work with **mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum** as per design requirements.
- Ensure correct use of **welding gases, rods, and electrodes**.
- **Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Inspect welds for **cracks, porosity, and defects**.
- Ensure welded structures **meet strength and safety standards**.
- Work closely with the **quality assurance team** to maintain precision.
- **Equipment Maintenance & Safety Compliance**:

- Maintain **welding machines, tools, and safety gear**.
- Follow **workplace safety regulations and PPE protocols**.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of **flammable materials and gases**.
- **Collaboration & Productivity**:

- Work with **fabricators, machinists, and engineers** to complete projects efficiently.
- Meet **production deadlines** while maintaining welding quality.
- Assist in training **junior welders and fabricators** if required.
