About the job:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Head of Access Administration and key stakeholders to come up with the technology strategy and roadmap for Access Administration supporting internal and external stakeholders alignment with organizational strategy.
- Represents Access Administration across the organization and acting as a point of escalation for Access Administration Team
- Experience in improving delivery processes and procedures as a result of in-depth knowledge of Operations and Internal Controls.
- Be a mentor for team members with a focus on driving efficiency, technical excellence, and positive working environment.
- Responsible for implementing IT Infrastructure, Automation and Integration for various Business units across Saxo Bank.
- Administering Identity Now and resolve technical issues related to Identity Now, SODs and Constraints, general and advanced help to end users.
- Provide administrative support for new starters, leavers, transfers and general account administration functions.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all interfacing teams, including Service Desk, EPE Teams, HR Team, GICS Risk & Controlling Teams and collaborating with them.
- Identify Risks and proactively seek to mitigate or minimize, and if not possible, expose, escalate, and communicate them in due time for Access Administration.

- Use your experience, knowledge, or intuition to challenge the status quo with the aim to deliver faster, drive higher quality and/or improve working environment.
- Say No, if you are asked to do anything that can jeopardize the stability, performance, or reliability of the bank.
- Prioritize projects/tasks according to Department goals/deliverables
- Have a strategy around building talent
- Actively participate Agile/ Kanban/ Scrum ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning and retrospectives) and keep prioritized backlog as per department guidelines
- Control support load, have system telemetry and provide self-help means to end user and support teams
- Work within the given budget and escalate when needed
- Understand and adhere to Risk culture in technology. Actively ensure that your decisions/actions include risk evaluation
