Are you an experienced Sailpoint or Saviynt professional specialising in Identity and Access Management (IDAM)?

We're hiring an IDAM Lead/Assistant Manager to spearhead an Identity Governance program for a major manufacturing client

If you have hands-on experience with either SailPoint or Saviynt implementation, we want to hear from you

Key Requirements and Focus:

This is a senior role focused on the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of IDAM controls across multiple applications and services.


• IDAM Implementation: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience implementing and managing IDAM technologies and handling identity management programs, with 8-10 years of total IT experience.


• Specific Platform Skills: Proven implementation skills in either SailPoint or Saviynt.


• Technical Expertise: Experience designing and configuring centralized identity and privileged access management (IAM and PAM) solutions, including local, cloud, and hybrid integration services.


• Core IDAM Technologies: Strong understanding and experience with technologies enabling SSO (Single Sign-On), PIM/PAM (Privileged Identity and Access Management), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Access Governance, and Logical Access.


• Integration & Customization: Ability to integrate complex standalone applications with an IGA solution, including custom connector building skills.


• Framework & Governance: Experience designing, developing, and implementing the overall Identity & Access Management Governance and Regulatory Framework, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required.


• Certifications (Desirable): Certifications like CISSP and cloud services-based certifications (Azure or AWS) are a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the IDAM Lead, you will:


• Lead the IDAM program, focusing on the technical aspects and setting up a robust identity governance framework.


• Design, configure, test, implement, support, and administer IAM and PAM solutions.


• Develop Enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management processes and procedures.


• Serve as an IDAM trusted advisor and subject matter expert, fostering partnerships with the business and working closely with IT stakeholders and service providers.


• Perform project-based assessments and audits to ensure compliance with IDAM requirements.

• Location: Jaipur & Gurgaon India


• Duration: months  (possible extension)


• Industry Preference: Experience working with the healthcare industry/sector on IDAM tool design and implementation, and solid knowledge of healthcare IT applications and business operations is preferred.


• Soft Skills: Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to consult effectively with senior management and communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
